APC Revision exists because the path to Chartership is too important to leave to scattered forum posts and £2,000 crammer courses. We focus exclusively on the 11 mandatory competencies every RICS member must demonstrate — no textbook padding.

Our story

APC Revision is a non-profit study aid for RICS APC candidates. The library was built because scattered, inconsistent study materials rarely reflect how assessors actually frame questions in the final interview — and candidates deserve better.

Membership is £25, paid once, for lifetime access. That flat fee covers hosting, editorial and the time it takes to refresh content every assessment cycle. All articles are written and reviewed by MRICS-qualified contributors and serving RICS assessors.

Contributors

Every article is reviewed by at least one serving RICS assessor and one MRICS practitioner who passed their APC within the last three years. Between us, our contributors have sat on assessment panels across the UK, Caribbean, Middle East and APAC.
